One Obstacle to Your Goal

If you feel blocked in some way, you have two beliefs going at one time: an "I should" and an "I want."

So said Albert Ellis, and I think it's worth pondering if you feel blocked. If you have an important goal and you feel frustrated or disheartened about your goal, do you have an "I should" getting in the way of what you want?
